I woke up this morning, and as I rolled out of bed and my feet touched the floor, I felt a strange sense of…connectedness. It was as if after a few hours of withdrawl from the world for the purpose of rest, I am now recharged and reconnected to the world with my energy flowing into it.
Then it hit me, what if every time my feet touch the ground, every step that I take today, changes this world in some way like having energy infused into it through me? What if every word I speak, everytime I touch someone, the same thing happens? What kind of energy will I bring to my world today?
Here’s my wish and prayer for the day: May the energy I put forth today be pure and wholesome: May creativity, goodness, encouragement, compassion, joy, hope flow from my footsteps into the ground, from my breath into the air, and from my hands into each soul that I encounter today.
Today I will make the world around me a better place.
