7:00am Woke up. Turned on the TV for Taylor’s morning cartoons. Drove Anna to catch the Subway to work…still in my PJ’s 
(my brother in law watches Taylor while I am out in the morning)
7:25am Got back home. Put on coffee, get breakfast ready (a slice of bread with peanut butter…lots of peanut butter…extra crunchy…yum!) Get Taylor’s breakfast ready. Still in my PJ’s
8:05am Ready to head out the door: coffee mug. Check. Taylor’s milk mug. Check. My breakfast. Check. Taylor’s cereal. Check. Briefcase. Check.
8:40am Dropped Taylor off at school. Hugs and Kisses. Lots.
9:05am. Arrived at office. “22 unopened items.” “You have (pause) 6 messages”. email email email phone call phone call phone call.
10:00am Finally got around to designing question sets for upcoming hiring interviews. Gotta get them done today. (Got them done! YEA!!)
10:14am Oops! Issues on site…need to visit construction site in afternoon. Shoot! Where’s my hard hat?
10:30am Quick meeting. more issues on site to deal with…where’s my hard hat??
10:42am Where the ____ is my hard hat???
11:00am Yikes! more issues…need to get a truck to move stuff to site…TODAY…need to find someone who can drive a truck. “OK…Who can drive a truck?” silence…why is everyone looking at me…..”WHO CAN DRIVE A TRUCK?”
11:02am Democracy took over….I’m driving the truck. (sigh)
11:05am WHERE IS MY HARD H…OH! There it is!! YEA!!!
12:30pm Dropped off car for oil change.
1:00pm Had a good lunch with a friend. Talked about life. Really good lunch.
2:15pm On a truck.
4:00pm Finished on site. Returned the truck.
4:40pm Another quick meeting. Everything under control. For now…
5:00pm picked up car.
5:30pm Went home. Quick change. Grabbed my guitar and my gear for an evening performance. Out the door.
7:00pm Sang and spoke at Epilepsy of York Region’s Volunteer Appreciation Event. Great evening! Was going to “sing and leave”, but ended up staying behind to talk to everyone!
9:05pm Home…at last. Anna made me my favorite meal: Chicken a-la-King on rice. Taylor played waitress and served me dinner…brought me my beer and everything!
10:10pm Put Taylor to bed
